The
Hooley School
of Irish Dance |
|
The
Hooley School of Irish Dance was founded in 2001 by Crystal Glick as a
“gym credit” option for home-school students. What began as
small classes for home school students has blossomed in to an accredited
Irish Dance School with about 80 students from Lancaster, York, and
Lebanon County. Crystal Glick T.C.R.G, a champion Irish Dancer, has
studied Irish Dance for nearly 15 years and has competed in Regional and
National competitions. She recently received her Teacher’s
certification in December 2008 through a special Commission in Dublin,
Ireland (An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha.) The Hooley school is a Christian-led, family friendly school with classes for dancers of all ages. Dancers of the Hooley School of Dance have performed in such places as the PA Renaissance Faire, Lancaster County Concert Series with Grammy Award winning fiddler Eileen Ivers, and the Giant Center in Hershey, PA. The dancers also compete at local competitions and have also competed in the Eastern Regional Dance Championships.
The
school is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and offers classes for
beginner through championship level students and for boys and girls ages 5 and
up as well as adults. Hooley School of Irish Dance!
