TUITION

Beginner classes are $75 a month for the weekly class, set up on autopay. There is a $35 annual registration fee. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Our beginner uniform is a Hooley t-shirt, girls Irish soft shoes or boys jazz shoes, and their own shorts/skirt/leggings. Hair should be pulled back. 

A Bit About this Level

In this course, students will learn the basics (hop 123s, leap 23s, 7s) and their first full Irish dance routines (Reel, Light Jig, and Slip Jig steps). They will also learn Irish Dance foot positioning, posture, counting music, stretching, hop skips, and the sidestep, all while keeping a focus on extending attention spans and having fun. Students at this level are invited to perform outside the classroom for the first time by participating in St. Patrick's Day community dance-outs.
